Using points on Tesco rewards gives a saving on many types of purchase.
I asked a waiter in Bella Italian who is actually giving the discount
them or Tesco. He replied the Tax Man without going into details.
Does anyone know how the system works.I use ours to get our Senior Rail
cards at half price and for Italian Restaurants where food is overpriced
anyway. It always looks as though half of the clientele are using vouchers.

I didn't know you could use them for such things! Serves me right for not
reading all the blurb I suppose:(

It's amazing what you can get. Sainsbury's now have a similar scheme.

Hmm I don't buy a huge amount from either place, but yesterday I got coupons
from Tesco for £15. How do I find out who takes them if I don't use them in
Tesco?

How many do you have?
Are you brave enough to have the meal and not order an overpriced drink?
Last week I asked for two pints of lager at £3.70. He said that the
lager was off as the pipes had frozen. The 330 ml bottles were £3.70

I'm informed that they have a very short 'live' period...

Morrisons give similar but there is a minimum spend of more than I'd make
in any one shopping; they also have a short life.

I went absolutely mad with Nick when he used 50 quid of Clubcard vouchers to
pay for Tesco shopping last year! I'd been saving them for ages, and was
planning on using them for restaurant vouchers, where they work for up to
4x face value.
(or legoland, or blackpool entry vouchers)

How often do they do that as I have not noticed it and why is it an amnesty.

I've only seen it twice, both times we ended up with a boot full of
wine, amnesty was just my little joke
