Happy New Year everyone!

We've just been given a halogen oven. Does anyone already have one?
Any tips for use? What to cook in it? What NOT to cook in it? Or
should it go in the loft?

I've never seen one of those in action, but it sounds interesting. I'll
be reading any replies you get.

Peter,

A friend of mine has one, he says you can cook anything in it, it uses less power. I will try to get him to elaborate.

Yes please. I'll be giving it a test drive next week.

Not yet, I've been out of sorts with a chest infection, so anything
beyond the bare minimum necessary for survival has been too much
trouble.
