British producers are trying to promote the importance of breakfast.

Starting this Sunday 26th Jan and for 7 days they are inviting people to
post pics of their breakfast on twitter, instagram and facebook.

Worth a look folks and all in a good cause.

Porridge of wheat & rye but don't think I fancy a photo of me - not at most
times and certainly not first thing in the am. I'll let all you Venuses and
Adonises have the limelight.
