Does anyone know the name of the style of tray as follows.

Wooden.
A rectangular centre section.
4 hinged sides, hinges visible, hand holes on the short sides.
Sides are shaped so that, when flat (sides hinged down) tray is ovalish.
I think long sides somehow automatically fold up when you lift the tray
by the sides.

Sometimes comes with detachable, folding, legs.

I thought it was a Butler's Tray but, on Googling etc, that comes up as
something different.

Thank you.

Obviously my mind wasn't playing tricks and the name covers more than
one style, with the one I'm interested in no being so popular these days
going by the Google result.

Some very nice looking examples on there - the right style- but I'm
after one to use. The idea of ruining a lovely piece like some of those
.... Having said that, one is near me and is very nice.
