The occasional plate of chips etc doesn’t do any harm. *

This obsession with totally avoiding certain foods (unless you have a
particular problem) isn’t healthy.

Hmm, there are a few things I like but none are my ‘go to’ choices.

I’m intrigued by these ‘air fryers’ but, not being a great fan of deep
fried food, I’ve resisted so far.

A school friend's grandmother used to cook her chips in 'dripping'-
something we never had. We used to visit her and she always served up
egg and chips, regardless of the time of day. They were the best chips
I've ever tasted but I dread to think of the fat in them ;-(
Fortunately, in those days, we walked or cycled everywhere.
