Does anyone know where one might obtain a halal haggis? I have a
Muslim neighbour who says that she'd love to try haggis, but it would
need to be either halal or kosher.

I don't see anything particularly funny about this. Kosher and/or
halal meat is now an accepted thing in this country. What would the
problem be with kosher or halal haggis?

halal and kosher.

And that's one of the reasons Glasgow is now a dump.

Thank you, Tony. At least someone here had the courtesy not to
ridicule my post by throwing in racist remarks. I shall check out the
link. Thanks again.

Not a personal dig, but I'm always amazed at the questions posed in usenet
groups that have an instant answer available via Google:

Yes, people often complain in that way but its nice to get a
discussion rather than a web page.

I don't understand your patter, old boy. The search term "discussion
rather than a web page" doesn't get any Google hits.

I agree entirely. I don't get out much these days - I'm a carer in an
old folks home - and intelligent discussion is something I crave.
Googling everything is iindeed easy, but one misses the interaction.

Don't expect us to carry it though, you should have thought when you
packed - and don't leave it there, it's an emergency exit.
